That statement just made me hate all FF sequels and spinoffs. And I've never disliked them before. Damn it. That line of yours really resonates with me...the whole idea that we are taking part in the FINAL adventures of these worlds is what makes the main series games so epic and wonderful. Any sequels cheapen the experience, which is something I'm pretty sure you've said before.
