A nifty FFXI one I enjoy.
A fairly nice FFIX one too.
I like this Eva - FFXI crossover one.
Some FFXII loving also.

And a rare FFIV one.
That's just a couple off hand though. I got quite an FFXI collection stashed away. Sadly YouTube also likes to destroy AMV's and took off one of my more favorite FF AMV's featuring IV onwards, to the song Faint.
