I swear every now and then, but I usually just say "godddd" or "crap". I just never got into the habit of swearing like most people my age have, and they're always being grounded for telling their parents to smurf off or whatever.

I drop them occasionally to make it mean something!
Swearing is a habit for me, I can't help myself
