i usually go with roman numerals but if im typing quickly i use arabic.

Roman is for full-writes: Final Fantasy I, II, etc.
Arabic is for shorthand: FF3, FF4, etc.

Roman, most of the time. If I use Arabic, it's either because I'm really tired or writing to someone I know doesn't have a clue about Roman numerals.

I used to use the Roman numerals for full-writes (Final Fantasy VII, for example) and the Arabic numerals for shorthand (FF7, for example), but nowadays I just use the Roman numerals. FFX was shorter to type than FF10, and FFX-2 looks a lot better than FF10-2, so I decided to use Roman numerals for all the FF games for the sake of consistency.

I use the roman numerals most of the time, but sometimes I will just use numbers instead.

The last one you've got in your little poll there sure is funny 'n all, except since you're stating it as a title, it's also the proper way to do it.
