It sounds like FMV background music. I can't imagine the actual overworld track being that fast-paced.
That's what I was thinking. It also goes together pretty well.
It is quite fast. But the overworld music is still soft so it doesn't sound that awkward.
I like the new adult Rydia design more than I can possibly express. It's got so much in common with the way I imagined her to be (and drew her) that I'm amazed.
The music sounds great, but I agree with Kish, it sounds too cinematic to be in-game music. I'd guess it's from the opening cinema or something.

The second screen is a nice GCI image of DK Cecil and Rosa that makes me dare to hope for FMV in teh game, not just an intro. The third screen is a nice look of Edge and the party just before they fight Rubicante (the Lord himself not vissible, alas). The last two are Yang and Rydia in all their CGI glory.

I'm still amazed by the character models. Both CGI and in-game, they look great. Gotta love Rydia and Rosa most, though.
Also, the official site has been updated with Yang and Rydia in the character section.

Yang looks fantastic. He looks ferocious, dynamic and amazing...I love the way they specifically detailed his whole character model, it's truly beautiful and overwhelming, same with Rosa, Dark Cecil and Rydia.
EOFF needs a resurgence to it's former glory.
Wow. Those screenshots are really awesome. They even showed Edge this time.
Now they just need to show FuSoYa.
