You have to talk to a certain person on Mount Bur-Omisace to get the Key Item: Stone of the Condemner. Then all you have to do is touch the Way Stone in the first area of the Stillshrine of Miriam and the stone will react. It will then teleport you to Zeromus.

Just a warning, all magick is disabled during the battle with Zeromus.
Oh, cool, I already have that stone. How difficult is Zeromous for a party of 36's? Fairly well-equipped with all the augments.

Just the Stillshrine. It's not named after Zeromus, The Condemner for nothing.

The battle was a piece of cake for me. It shouldn't be too hard around the 60's, I think I was a little late. =P

It actually might not be as hard as you think. But I'm pretty cheap, though.I'm right after Archades on my newest account, Vaan, Basch and Ashe are all level 41, 6000 life bubble'd, zodiac spear and two deathbringers. I didn't have very much trouble with Zeromus. I just went to the Feywood early and killed Behemoths for their Behemoth steaks and sold them to get 99 X-Potions from the Bazaar. Then I did Zeromus. Just kill the skeletons until they stop appearing, and heal with X-Potions. Then Berserk two of your characts and lay into him. It took me almost 15 minutes.

I did it around level 45, using X-potions too

I thought that they would never stop appearing (just like the Roblon hunt)so i didn't bother with them and focused on Zeromus.
Wish i knew that.
I'll wait 'til about 80. I'm not going to stop being ridiculously overleveled now.
