You pretty much can't physically attack ANY Cactuar, because they all have insane evasion. Any idiot knows that. It's just a coincidence that the guy in the video had a Counterattack materia on Cloud.

Yes, although that comment was made 3 days ago, whereas this thread was made last month.
I'm on dialup, so I only watched far enough to see what the Jumbo Cactuar looked like, but yeah. I read the comments while I was there and he was claiming this was the legitimate copy of the game at the time and calling anyone who didn't believe him a moron who didn't do his research. So, I think that comment was added after the guy who modded the game told him that he was playing a mod. I think he was stupid enough to believe it was the real thing.

I never managed to complete the side quest to fight Chocobo Weapon. I had all the 1/35 soliders and mastered 18 Choco/Mog materia but I wasn't able to find the switch to make the Highwind shoot the missiles into Icicle Inn to make the Chocobo Weapon appear
