    Posting fury~

    At any rate...

    Last night I got on my bike again, the past week or so I've been trying to ride at least once a day to get back in shape. Little did I know internet time =! cuts back on exercise/ability to exercise. *just about dies*

    Any rate what do you do for exercise? How do you stay fit? What do you recommend?

    Gym from 3 to 5 times a week. Will probably end up sticking with 3 once the semester gets busy. We do a bunch of things, running/jogging, cycling, stretching, weights and so on... I personally prefer cardio workouts over the others.

    I use to do crunches constantly, the best advice anyone gave me was "if you've got time on your hands, drop down and do some crunches".

    He also happened to be 6'7" of mammoth skinniness with a super speed metabolism. I need to start cycling again however.

    Sometimes I climb trees. Sometimes I walk the dog. I used to swim, and I could swim many laps. But last time I went swimming I realized how horribly out of shape I am. I almost drowned D: Sort of.

    I can never remember what crunches are. *twitch*

    I go to the gym, and when I don't I just use stuff around the house.
    I do have weights and stuff, and you can always rely on push-ups for a little something.
    If you have a wter-softener. put like 2 or 3 bags of the salt on your shoulders and do squats. Power legs lol.

    I GOE. I need to get my bike back n fixed up. I have a kicking bag, I walk/run, and exercise using exercises taught to me in karate and gym class. For what I do, I am sure in some weird shape.

    Everyday almost.
    30 minutes of stretches, crunches, pushups, weights.. then another 30-40 of running.

    i play football with my mates and if im on the internet for a long while i may just randomly start jogging on the spot for 5-10 minutes and do around 50-100 sit ups and press ups i used to go to the gym but membership expired and i didnt feel like paying to renew it because i had exams coming up:rolleyes2

    I started going to the gym really recently. ^^ My plan is 3 times a week doing bikes, stretching, weights, and cardio~

    I will also be in a ballet class once the semester starts which will meet twice a week. I also want to join a hip hop class that will meet once a week, and the bellydancing club if I can, no idea when they meet. xD There's a couple other things I want to do too, I just need to find the time and ambition. :</>D
