Cure for procrastination!

Hi, is there any good software that can help me stop procrastinating? For example, I'd like to set up a countdown timer. When setting up the countdown timer, I tell the program to block access to internet addictive pages such as eyesonff.com, and programs, etc APART from Word. Then when the countdown timer is done, every access will be restored back to normal.

I really need it because I always procrastinate =[ I get distracted easily, my school works are based on computers which makes it harder not to procrastinate.
