Guns n' Roses, still one of my favorite bands. And I guess the first metal band I started listening to was... Metallica. Old stuff, not any of the new . And as for black metal, Mayhem. If it weren't for Emperor and Burzum being my next choices I probably wouldn't have given it any more thought.
