I did its a pretty cool looking weapon and quite strong is well, especially for the start of the game.

you can get multiple demonsbane in the same place i only have 2 i might go try and get another 4 for all my people.

That would actually help if you could get more than one
The chest only has about 1/6 chance of being a Demonsbane, so you might have to restart a few times to get it. And it does respawn.

i manged to get 6 demonsbane for my whole team.
took a while becoz sometimes the chest wasnt there but every time it was it was always the demonsbane. i could go for more but i dont need anymore.
