Well it's hard to find bargains in Australia, but last year I managed to get Xenosaga for $30 brand new rather than the $100 that EB Games was selling it for.

I got Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance for $12.99 used.
I got Diddy Kong Racing DS for about 12 quid new which was nice for unbelievably cutesy nostalgia.
