Why doesn't Eiko have any underwear?

Her pants aren't even the same colour as her skin. Way to point out the crotch of a six year old, though.

I was judging on this image:



And always having the impression that she doesn't have any pants on her during the game.

Why did Square Enix even do a charachter so that it gives such an impression?

Anyway, I say that isn't even skin, its a very peach shirt/pantscombindythingymabober that makes you think she's naked.
