so liz is havin problems with her internet, she says its fine but it wont load her pages and such, heres more details


"Okay, here's the problem. Internet Explorer (IE7) won't load fully. It just refuses to. I can't get on anywhere. But the wierd thing is, I CAN get on MSN and scrobble music on last.fm. I don't get it. I'm pretty sure it's an IE problem. But then, I can't use Firefox either, cause I'm still having issues getting that to not freeze. Are both browsers turning on me, or is there any way to fix this?"

Does your friend get any errors with either Firefox or Internet Explorer? What exactly happens when she tries to run them?

Sounds like a DNS problem. She should call tech support for her ISP and ask them to help her put the correct DNS servers into her computer or modem.
