Kazham fame is linked to Windy fame. So if u hav high Winy fame you will have high Kazham fame.
When i went to check my fame in kazham i had hero fame because i had hero fame in windy. A simple way to get windy fame is to go to bastok and fill up ur inventory with cornettes which u can buy from Harmodio's music store in Bastok Markets, then go to windurst Walls and go trade the cornettes 1 by 1 to Yoran Oran after about 150 cronettes or so you will either have hero fame or sumthing near it.
GO PANDY AND WINDURST
Fyi, cornettes are only available when Bastok is in first or second in the conquest tally.
