They don't really affect the story in any way, they're only available again like right before the Final Dungeon. That, Lunar Ruins, and a few glitches are the only real differences from the original.Originally Posted by Lynx
i havent played FFIV advance i didnt know you get them back at all i see more has changed then i thought.They gain experience while they're out of the party, Palom and Porom were like level 51 when I could get them back.who levels palom up that high? all though i will say i love palom and porom.
