Yes, I'm afraid I thought it was simply them trying to vary the titles of the rulers. I didn't think Burmecia ruled Cleyra but in fact that had been independent of each other for quite some time due to a disagreement ove the 'Burmecians' being too violent so the 'Cleyrans' left and former their own country.
