Yes, as you said you can see, this character has the typical KH Female Figure.....Axel has been the only exception to this as he is extremly skinny, meaning it was hard to tell whether he was man or woman apart from his voice.....Marly in CoM as well, but that's only because you could only see his face, his body isn't a KHFF.
Also, for those who are afraid to say it, KH Coded looks weird and quite honestly........actually, I'm not gonna say it.
