I think i would have preferred a sequel over a prequel,one that was many years after the events in X-2.
Somehow the story of Braska doesn't look all that interesting to me...

Well, a prequel doesn't necessarily have to involve Braska's pilgrimage (although I would have loved it!). What about the Machina war, the founding of Yevon church, Mi'ihen's story etc.

Yes,the Machina War would have been a great story to be told added with some entirely new locations throughout Spira( not like the slightly revised ones in x-2)...The story of the first crusaders could also be really Epic!
