Yeah it is but in a really annoying way. The enemies basically have 2 to 5x more health and do 2 to 5x more damage but their attack patterns are the same and they still lack aggression. It is interesting that you knew that Rad Racer was a Squaresoft game. Did you really think that the game was that easy? I run out of time on the races after playing through the first handful of levels.
