The games music wasnt made on guitar so its not easy to get more than the simple tune. ultimate-guitar will have a fair amount of tabs.

"Spira Unplugged" (the music that plays in Besaid and Kilika villages) would be an excellent song to have guitar tab for.

There's heaps of guitar tabs around for most Final Fantasies. I recently learnt this one:
