Advent children characters: unhygenic?

Like Princess Peach and Superman, they have wardrobes full of their costumes.

Unless there's a soap materia, I doubt they just douse themselves with water and hope that will keep them from smelling.

I can only imagine what a soap materia would do in battle, especially when combined with the water materia.

Clean enemy
Make enemy slip
Throw in enemy's eyes...

They just have loads of sets of the same clothes just like the simpsons, family guy etc
