I just bought the game BloodRayne for PS2. I can't enter the cheats. I get the sentence/word things together, but nothing happens. What the hell is up with that? Why won't it work?

If BloodRayne is the same as BloodRayne 2, and if I remember correctly, you can't cheat until you beat the game the first time.

the only cheat i've ever used in the BloodRayne games is "Show Me My Weapons" as all it does is show the weapons strapped all over Rayne in my opinion this looks better than her weapons materializing then dissapearing when she puts them away, and those shotguns crossed across her back just looks too cool, this particualr cheat does not affect the game in any way except cosmetic, now the other cheats that make Rayne invincible and stuff i would never touch due to me enjoying the game more from my own skill rather than from some game-breaking cheat, most of the Cheats on BloodRayne were meant for after you beat the game legit, but there are a couple they added just for fun like the Show Weapons code...
