I'll sometimes skip a day for the sake of sleeping in, but only if I'm sure I wont smell. My husband usually says my hair looks good when I haven't showered that day too, 'cause of the natural oils and such.

I feel gross if I go another day though, even if it's a jammie day. I would never go out after not showering for two days.
