I think you should post the image in question.
You could change the image type, me changing things from whatever Dynast-Kid made my EoFF Playin' Sigs decreased the file size by like... 45kb :P
I edited the image into his first post in case someone wants to resize it for him.

Re-saved to reduce file size whilst maintaining optimal graphical quality. approximately 44.0kb or 45kb on disc according to my comp
