If you were in charge of EoFF and had nobody on your current staff and all of the members to choose from, who would you put onto your staff? Would you fill it with your friends, go for variety or keep it to people who are of similar minds - or maybe even go for the sexist-staff avenue, picking all males/females? Go on, list 'em off and explain why you chose that pack!

Well, I havnt been here long enough. But id pick a Variety.
A single person for each of the listed FF Games to give advice.
Some people who follow the rules ridgly [or thereabouts]
Some people who are good at coding and such as.
Keep a variety.
I like to choose brown nosers so i would pick anyone who says me on this thread
Incedentally i'd probably be the only one on staff
However with my paranoid skills I theorise this thread to be a test devised to find brown nosers to recruit on the team
If so i will say every current member of staff would be on my team
If not ignore the last line

I'd use all the lulz members, because a forum is nothing without lulz, and all the best forums have no rules and slacker moderators.

I used to be a member of another forum about dragonball z. I was a senior enough member where I was able to ask to be made mod (actually they asked me, but I could've asked), and so all of us in mod/admin positions were all friends from the 'old crew'.
Basically that forum looked a bit like this forum did a few years ago when only 'oldbies' were CKs.
In this forum if I were admin I would recruit only the people I respected to be moderators. Unfortunately that would be just another level of chauvinism. Oh well.
I'd unban Chaos.Prophecy.Crash, P.I.P. and put them on staff.
I'd reinstate Raistlin, and give him power over all otehr Staff members, Excluding myself of Course.
Shlup would no longer be STaff, by my own personal Bar Wench.
And to keep front site looking nice, I'll keep Azar. Really there isn't meant to be humor in that, he just updates a lot. And I at least need a Staff with a bit of competency.
And finally, Dr Unne. Cause I hear he can cure the previously incurable STD's that I may or may not contract by whoring myself out over EoFF.
I can't imagine anyone would (if they were serious about their forums on even the slightest level) mod someone they didn't respect. But maybe that's just me.

Let's see... Folks like Cz, oddler, Slade... Roto because I'd feel bad banning or closing threads and he would do it for me (which makes me the worst staff member of all). Shiny and Pill can be mods too. And Captain Maxx Power for the pure...Maxxness.
I would probably make everyone a mod and then run off, leaving this place in chaos ><

The only proper way to decide would be a grand tournament pitting the greatest of us in one-on-one, sudden death cage matches with an ample supply of crowbars.
What about a Trashcan full of Tacks?
Obviously people like Cz, Matt and Slade will all become mods...and then i would downgrade Paul to a pawn so i could beat him and steal his army of tanks. i would also unban Crash to laugh at him. oh, and i would un-ban Devil Man, to get his hopes up, only to ban him again as soon as he logs in
