Staff Simulation: Choose a Mod!

so how are we gonna narrow it down when we have finished suggesting people?

We should probably come up with a list of 4 or 5 "key" things that are needed in a staff member. Then we compare with posts and such, the people on the list, to see who would fit, and who would not, and we knock the people who don't match enough of these key proponents off the list.

I think it should be someone we all agree on, and if there is one person who doesn't agree the entire idea is trashed.

That's how it works in the real Staff.

I think a good candidate should have demonstrated:
1. Responsibility
2. A desire to take on administrative duties

1 is pretty obvious, and I think 2 is important because someone who wants to take on the job will perform better than a reluctant person.

edzxcvbnm - He's an active member who has been around a long time. he knows the rules and EoFF pretty well
downside: not very many posts in the final fantasy forums. still doesnt mean he doesnt visit them though
