Think they got them in Quebec/NB Canada by any chance?
I bought my FFVIII as Greatest hit last year brand new, in english.

I'm surprised we don't have them in Quebec. They already put cheaply-made instruction booklets in French with the games. It's a wonder they don't demand the games are also translated before being sold.

The only game I remember seeing that had a French version as well as the English one was Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.
