1) Yes, Anima can be obtained after Bevelle.

2) Yojimbo is on the Cave of the Stolen Fayth, on the way from Calm lands to Mt. Gagazet turn left at a little bridge where you battled Seymour.

To get the blossom crown, capture all of the required types of fiends on Mt. Gagazet and return to the monster arena owner in the calm lands

To get the flower scepter, you need to defeat Belgemine in the Remiem Temple in the Calm Lands
