(SPOILER)Over these many years my efforts had come to fruition, the forums I visit had become a better place and the once fresh-faced Site Staff had learnt to code and improve the front site like the best of them. Nutured by the pure html we ran on that is the source code of most of the web, the information within the front site began to bear fruit, slowly we were building the ultimate fan made resource. But where over time greatness comes, in the darkness lay a project we dared not touch.

As noted in some of my earlier reports I set about investigating this new "project" the Senior Site Staff had set about creating, the future of the site could well depend on it. I began preforming my research with my greatest companinion on Site Staff, Azar who volunteered to help

The young man has served me ever since I nursed him back from death's door some years ago. He had lost all his memories at the time, but showed remarkable intellectual curiosity and readily absorbed my teachings, gaining deep wisdom. Any mental immaturity is surely due to his young age.

We explored deep within the heart of the forums, probed every aspect of Cl_out and Roogle, but their cache just drew blanks, it was like someone had been there before us, blocking our every move. Eventually we tried to unlock Azar's missing memories. But was he really the right subject? Azar does indeed exhibit extraordinary talents.

Too extraordinary. Perhaps they are even superhuman.

HCBailly is very good too, although he uses a "remade" version that allows flat/sharp notes and multiple instruments on the same note. He mostly focuses on FF, and has an amazing (read: hilarious) version of Sara ni tatakau monotachi.

For some reason, guys who do Mario Paint music have this aversion to making MP3s of their work. Not to fret though! There's a way round it!

Double-click on your Volume Control.
Click "Options", and "Properties".
Click the radio button for "Recording".
Check all of the boxes.
Click OK.
Now select either the "Line In" or "Stereo Mix" box along the bottom of the window: This setting makes it so that your microphone will not work. Anything that records sound (even voice messages in chat rooms) will instead record all sound being made by your computer, including system alerts. Keep the volume low, but not all the way down.

Open some sound-recording software. If all you have is Sound Recorder, you'll have to start again a few times as you normally only get sixty seconds: Just record sixty seconds, stop your music, rewind the recording and start recording again: You'll get two minutes this time.

Now, play it back to check the sound quality. If it's no good, go tweak your recording settings again.

Then, the easiest way to convert it to MP3: Download a program named CDex (best CD-ripping program ever!) and use it to convert your WAV to an MP3.


Mac users? Can't help you, sorry.

I'm not subscribed to the guy, but I do have one or two of his videos set as favourites on YouTube and I check back to see if he's done anything new every now and again. He's done some pretty great stuff; the Cosmo Canyon one included.

Mac users? Can't help you, sorry.

For sound recording software get Audacity. It's free and pretty much professional quality in a lot of ways. It will also let you export directly as an Mp3. Works on Macs as well.

Also, I'm not sure how to get a Mac to record the sound it makes, but worst case scenario you can always run a patch cord from your headphone jack into your mic input.
