EoFF Impromptu Meetup 2007! (Aftermath.)
Okay, so Jowy was supposed to make this thread a while ago, but he neglected to do so.
It started Friday night. A small contingent of EoFFers were talking in #eoff and randomly decided to meet up to go to the Carnegie Science Center in Pittsburgh, PA. This contingent ultimately consisted of:
Jowy (Eric)
Misfit (Shalyn)
enano (Frank)
Denmark (Rob)
Marick/Dignified Pauper/whatever, he's banned. he didn't decide to come until saturday anyway. (Mike)
We all met up at Eric and Shalyn's apartment to stay the night and go to CSC in the morning. This mostly benefited Mike and myself as we lived 4 and 5 hours away, respectively. The evening consisted of watching Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey and raucous conversation, as the entertainment resources in the apartment are limited as they have not quite fully moved in yet.
I am going to post a few choice pictures from my collection, and then go to bed because I've been up for about 18 1/2 hours at this point and that included a 5 hour drive, hence I am tired as hell. Hopefully one of the others will see this and be able to elaborate some more on the activities, and Eric can post his pictures, of which there are more good ones.

GIANT BRONZE STATUE with Eric on top. Seriously, if this guy stood up he'd be about 15 feet tall. His name is Art Rooney.
We played with these water spout things for a good while. This was the final fountain creation before it all fell over. It's a shower! Mostly Frank's creation, but everyone helped.

Marick's car equals epic fail. His speedometer wasn't working on the drive back. We were moving at about 45mph when this picture was taken. Marick is attempting to fix the speedometer a la Fonzie fixing the jukebox, by hitting it. It didn't work.
