Question about relics

I saw a video on YouTube for the GBA version and the person was fighting Kaiser Dragon, he was using Terra, although I'm sure it wouldn't matter who he was using, but anyways. He was using the relic that makes you attack 4 times per turn, I know the relic for that..BUT, he was actually attacking 8 times per turn, so he must have been using something else for that, and I'd like to know what that is exactly, and where to obtain it.

Its a combination of the Genji Glove and the Master's Scroll relics. Genji Gloves obtained through out the game. Master's Scroll from the Ancient Castle.

You get a genji glove from banon when you say no the first time he asks you if you'll help him at the returners hide out, then go to a guy in the back of the hideout in a storage room and talk to him, after that there are others but i dont know where they are

edit: there is one in cyans soul and one in the cave to the sealed gate
edit2: they can also be stolen from Dragons on the floating continent
edit3: In the original master scroll is called offering
