I saw this film on TV a few months ago. I wasn't going to watch it, but I ended up watching it. I'm glad I did.

Mallrats is genius. Pure, moviemaking genius. The only flaw is that the guy who played TS was a bit ropey.

all the Kevin Smith Jersey movies are great, but Mallrats was what introduced me to that line of movies so it holds a special place in my Kevin Smith DVD collection, my favorite is still Chasing Amy though... it's amazing how much Kevin Smith and Stan Lee get along to where Stan makes a couple Cameo appearances, and Kevin interviewed Stan a couple times one being on a bonus disk that came with the Gift Box for Spiderman...
