Mexican food is fantastic. I mean, it's okay if you get like Taco Bell stuff, but it doesn't seem like much can compare since I've started trying nicer sit-down style restaurants, where the cheese is all melty and all the meat is so tender and yum. I had some enchiladas a few weeks ago that were amazing.
