    Default What's up, Sweetcakes?

Taiko no Tatsujin DS: Touch de Dokodon!

It's fun and cute! I want to buy it, because I want the cute styli that come in its box, but dancing and playing dress up with Don-chan will keep me occupied until I do.

    This is my Don-chan:

I prefer the original Don-chan, but the puppy accessories are pretty great.

Taiko no Tatsujin is a great version of Taiko Drum Master. They really captured the feel of the original, and the song selection is great. The Tarako song won me over immediately. It's so mesmerizing.

Still haven't unlocked Oni mode. I hope that they didn't cut that mode out of this game.

Oni mode's in there, I have it. I think you have to clear all the 'hard' songs.

I like how all my DS music games have some overlapping music. First was Daigasso Band Brothers, which shares at least one song with the first Ouendan. Then the Daigasso Expansion pack, which shares one song with Ouendan 2. Now, Taiko Drum Master shares a song with Ouendan 2. Maybe the pool of 'good' *koff* Jpop is small, but it's groovy.
