It's a new vocal version of "Theme of Love." You'll probably have to wait for the release of the remake in order to hear it all.
The vocal version of "Theme of Love" sounds pretty good, and the trailer also looks quite impressive. I don't remember FFIII DS being technically this advanced, though maybe the addition of having voice acting also affects my view.
