My best guess is that it's a form of shorthand, but a lot of it is not self evident (what it is).

The only bit that makes even the slightest sense is "in ur eyes", which obviously reffers to the song in the video. But thanks for trying.

If anyone else has an idea though, I'd love to hear.

It is probably some sort of phoenetic pidgin spelling or something, since I am almost certain that isn't actually how any language would spell itself. Maybe it is from a different alphabet.

It looks like Tagalog or Filipino lenguage.

I don't know exactly which one, because Filipino grammar is based in Tagalog's one. But I'm not really sure.

its in filipino or something. it means something like: your eyes are beautiful...(xbrah?)...sing (something...)...love (or something like that).
