I like cheese, but I can get bored of it quite quickly if I have too much of it. For instance after years and years of having just Cheddar and Red Leicester and no other types, I find them to be fairly boring and don't like them much these days. I quite like my crumbly, mild cheeses. I'll sound like such a snob saying it, but I quite like white Cheshire and Wensleydale cheeses. Caerphilly is quite nice too.
Cheese on toast with Worcester sauce is divine, naturally.
