Remember, you don't have to nominate the winner, just the person that most deserves to win out of the members you do know. Obviously nobody can be expected to know everyone, so if you're only nominating a whopping 10 people for all the different awards, then so be it! You can still possibly get the full 46 nominations out of that, though.
