I'm guessing the reason for the massive amount of people nominating for Best Veteran, Regular and Newbie incorrectly is down to them using the text file which doesn't have the lovely pointer which says "See rule #11" so I've updated the text file attachment in the first post. I think pretty much all but one or two people have got these wrong so far. It's very simple. xD

The race was on. smittenkitten knew she just had to throw in another PM to Award Guy to complete her full set of non-rejected nominations - after all, she forgot two in her first PM. But what's this!? Levian has PM'ed just before she did! Surely the person who has taken the mantle on beforehand will be able to complete a full set of nominations without any being rejected! Oh, it's all doom and gloom for smittenkitten now!
...but wait! WHAT?! Oh, no! He's given it away! smittenkitten wins! In a classic mistake, Levian got all caught up in the possibility of an owner winning Best Newbie that it completely slipped his mind that WarrenW, as an Administrator, was inelegible for Best Newbie! What a shocker! smittenkitten is looking pretty chuffed with herself, and Levian, well, Levian is back to work on a second PM of his own, correcting his rejection. A shame - a poor, poor shame.
So, smittenkitten is the first to send in a complete set of non-rejected nominations (excluding BoB, the jerk). I wonder if anyone at all will do it in a single PM?
I am not sure if I can stand seeing myself in the mirror anymore now.
