I've been on each side of the US at one point so I've gone from like Cental to Pacfic, and Central to Atlantic, and then I lived in Colorado which gave me mountain time, and then I flew over Arizona who doesnt' change it's time.
Next year I'll be flying to Dubai, U.A.E. so I'll be crossing over alot 'cause like it's 9:54am Central time and it's 7:54pm what ever time in Dubai.
My parents practically live on the Meridian Line in Greenwich, England.
The actual time zone switch is over in France, however...

Pacific time zone to Tokyo time. On the way back, I drank 10 cups of coffee and still fell asleep at 12:00 am.
I stayed in place once and time moved around me.
I grew up constantly crossing the AST-EST timezone.
To go back in time, all we have to do is look to the heavens, no?
