Quina, I hate you!
So, I'm staring over playing the game, and this time I decided I was NOT going to get Quina. Turns out, I need it to get through disc two. I hate Quina! It's just a waste of a roster slot. Words cannot express how much I hate Quina. Anyone else agree?

Quina, you fark me off so much! I hate the way you deviate from the storyline! I hate the way you never grasp the severity of a situation and the way you accidentally turn the most perilous of perils into a lighthearted joke! I hate the way you're such a cheap character once I've learned all your Blue Magic! I hate the fact that despite all those versatile spells you can kick ass as a fighter too! I hate the way you spout inane lines and compare sand to ice cream, causing you to get dizzy and fall down far!

Well, not exactly. While he/she/it is in for the comic relief (the wedding scene at Conde Petie was pretty genius!), he/she/it is not exactly my favourite character. I find it intolerably difficult to find monsters with good Blue Magics, and when I do, I can never keep them alive long enough!
That is what frustrates me about Quina.

Quina is just a fun character to have. How many other Blue Mages can eat enemies and use a fork as a weapon?

C'mon, get over yourself! Quina is a very decent character, and besides serving as a comic relief s/he has some very useful Blue Magic abilities. I've used him/her many times throughout the game, and I've enjoyed it. Enough with the Quina hating already

this issue has been addressed repeatedly, i'm just gonna say every FF character is useful if you know how to utilize them.
