I can crack my toes, ankles, fingers, neck (which is very relaxing) and sometimes my back as well.. others times I'll ask my dad to crack my back for me. He's quite good at it.

From what I was aware, isn't cracking your joints not as bad for you as they say it is? I swear I heard through some media that there is actually no real long-term damage it will cause. Then again, they like changing their minds about these things every few years to keep up in suspense. One day chips will be the healthiest thing on earth and fruits will be the bane of our lives.
