Are we talking early Floyd (Syd Barrett era), post Barret or the ponderous drivel of Division Bell onwards

I'm assuming post Barret, since most people see that as the definitive Floyd era, considering it contains Dark Side of the Moon.

Just for the record Pink Floyd used to be my favourite band before ELP entered my life! It's still one of my favourites.
