    Me too!

I also yell at people who don't cause any frustration.

I used to have a very bad temper when I was younger, but I do not wish to get into any of that. Thankfully, I don't have that problem anymore. I would get angry or frustrated for about five minutes, then calming down and realizing that nothing is worth me being that angry.

i usually lock things up inside until they all burst out due too excessive stress and anger, then i rant, cuss, hit people, and say mean things i do or do not mean.

I have a temper so bad, I broke my Guitar Hero guitar over my own head.
i noticed this more for the guitar hero thing than the temper thing.
    which actually both apply here..
me and wes (who im sure everyone is sick of hearing about already but im gonna say it anyway) have been in that position plenty of times.
ive lost count of the amount of guitars there's been.

as for the rest of it, i have a terrible temper. especially lately. be afraid ..

Getting mad at things is too troublesome, people should just learn to accept that bad things will happen and stop worrying about it.

I never have an anger or a temper issue. I just prefer to solve my problems with violence that's all.

I tend to suppress my anger . However, it does not vanish . It's ugly when it come out , along with saddness . Usually when I get angry (every day) I listen to Opeth .

When revising Maths for my GCSE's, the guide was patronising me so much I ripped it apart over my head.

Then I started hitting my bed-post with my sword.

    Yep.
