We all have that favourite high calorie / high sugar / high fat / high salt food which will probably end up killing us but we continue to eat it anyway cause it tastes too lush not to ^_^.

So as Christmas is coming up and we all have an excuse to pig out a little a bit. What is your #1 food that you should be feeling guilty about eating but couldnt give a monkeys?
