Two summoners can summon the same summon, yes. Otherwise it'd just be highly illogical and impractical. You cannot have more than one summon active at a time though.

Biography: Danikith of Verata's Covenant is the only undead Hume to ever be turned into a Student of Verata, a well unknown Necrotic Assassin who leads a Covenant of 8 promising students in the art of Necromancy and dark energies.
Danikith longs feeds off of both the living and his undead servants at will.
He Traverses through the daylight thanks to a robe crafted from the mind of his master, allowing him to stay animated at the cost of constant degeneration. Being undead saves him from the exhausting feeling that comes from casting complicated spells.
This being the case, Verata is in the sessions of teaching him his most advanced techniques of the dark arts, making the other students envious.
His victims are said to see nothing but a hooded being bearing no facial features but a cold, soulless and unrelenting smile.
Danikith makes a living as mercenary for hire in a currently unspecified group until he can fufill the goals of Verata's and his own personal needs.

Physical Description: Danikith’s look has been greedily self refined over time residing cursed grey skin, lifeless white eyes and hair closely resembling a style called “poisonthehat” covering most of his face upon a thin Adonis’s body.
Personality Description: Animated with none to begin with, he has learned to be calm and reserved. Changing his expression to the opposite of his victim's before death, which has always been a smile.

I never said you can't do the roleplay if you have your country. What I'm saying is you can't both rule your country and be someone else's general.

Regarding Albel's Dark Knights, you drew from the wrong skillset (firestrike, waterstrike, thunderstrike and blizzardstrike are all Magic Knight moves), and you gave them 4 skill points. They only have 3.

Ace's character is approved.

Tsukasa's character is short 3 skill points, but he's otherwise approved.

i have a question.. if a NPC rank 1 costs 1.000 gil.. and he can take 100 soldiers.. which also cost 1.000 gil(with armor and such).. while the NPC has almost no living costs..

couldnt you just make an entire army of NPC's?

maybe you shouldve made them a little more expensive

I understand that sentiment, and understand that perhaps they could be more expensive, but could you imagine writing for all your characters? Albel got around it a bit by writing 1 description and saying it covered 4 and 6 characters respectively, but if you think of something for all your characters, it takes forever and you're going to start writing duplicate characters. Trust me. I would know. It's taken me forever to write up my NPCs.

That's a rough estimate. Overwhelming numbers can easily overwhelm single PCs. 100 soldiers is over the course of battle, not at once.
