Biography:
Khardon grew dissatisfied with his country's capitalist society from an early age. As he was drawn into the world of politics (his father was a Senator), he began to develop a number of revolutionary ideas, which gradually formed into a whole new govenrmental concept. His movement quickly gained favor from the people, eventually leading to a full-scale revolution in which Khardon's party seized power. Ten years have passed since he took the office.
Physical Description:
Khardon is tall, bald, and bearded. He dresses somewhat extravagantly, but not so much to be gaudy. His eyes are green, and narrow, and he has pale skin.
Personality Description:
In conversation, the Chairman is very formal and polite. He chooses his words carefully. However, behind his formality and friendliness lies a vague sense of cunning and menace.
