Also, if you're running a country you get 1 rank 3 character, the rest are hired at rank 1, if you're joining another country you start at rank 2, and if you're a merc/barb you start at rank 4, regardless you can only have 1 character at your highest availiable rank. The skills are also base don Job, the Job's can be taken from the attachment posted by Void.
