Go to User CP and on the side there should be a tab that says "Edit Signature." In your signature just use [IMG*]url goes here[/IMG*] tags (without the * and with the image's url in the middle).

Just get an image that's under 250 pixels tall, 550 pixels wide, and under 50kb in size.

If you'd like, there's a signature request thread in the help forum. Just put in a request there and someone will make you a signature that's both stylish and within the size limits.
